- 上游原料:乙二醇甲醚
- 能与醇、丙酮、石油醚和油类等多种有机溶剂混溶,微溶于甘油、乙二醇。具芳香气味。
- 用途三:主要用作乙酸纤维素的增塑剂,它的挥发性比邻苯二甲酸二乙酯小,可有很好的耐久性,同时使薄膜具有坚韧性。可用于漆包线、电影胶片、高强度清漆、胶粘剂和层压板胶粘剂等;也用作气相色谱固定液、三乙酸片基的增感剂和溶剂。
- 方法一:由环氧乙烷与甲醇、三氟化硼乙醚进行加成反应,中和反应产物得甲氧基乙醇。再与苯酐进行酯化反应,然后用活性炭脱色、蒸馏、水洗、碱洗、脱水、压滤而得成品。酯化反应产物水洗后,进行减压蒸馏,这种后处理工艺也被工业生产采用。工业品DMEP的含量≥99。原料消耗定额:苯酐750kg/t、环氧乙烷820kg/t、甲醇660kg/t。
