方法一:以癸酸为原料，硅胶为催化剂，在380-400℃下通氨反应得癸腈，经水洗、分层、干燥、精馏，得精癸腈。然后以镍铝为催化剂，在80℃，1.96MPa压力下加氢，至不吸氢为止，增大压力至2.35MPa，保持反应3h，放冷后放出混合物，滤去催化剂，分馏，收集199-221℃馏分，可得癸胺和副产的二癸胺，还有少量三癸胺。
