- 方法一:将64 kg邻苯二胺、18 kg氢氧化钾,52 kg二硫化碳依次加入反应釜中。开动搅拌,再加入480 kg酒精,190 kg蒸馏水缓缓加热,使其溶解后,继续加热回流3 h。降温,停止沸腾后加入24 kg活性炭回流20 min,脱色。然后过滤除去活性炭。滤液放入结晶槽,加热至60~70 ℃,加热水300份。在搅拌下加入醋酸水溶液(30%~32%),使结晶完全。离心过滤,收集结晶于40 ℃下干燥,得成品。
