  • 用途一:为非麻醉性中枢镇咳药。该品与枸櫞酸喷托维林,又称咳必清。这是一类非成瘾性镇咳药,镇咳疗效次于可待因,多和来治疗上呼吸道感染引起的急性、轻度咳嗽和百日咳,可减少支气管分泌。该品毒性低微。

  • 方法一:由四氢呋喃经开环、溴化、环合、水解、氯化、酯化而得。1.开环、溴化将四氢呋喃滴加到氢溴酸中,滴加硫酸,反应然后冷至室温,分取下层液,用纯碱溶液洗至中性。加无水氯化钙脱水后,过滤得1,4-二溴丁烷。2.环合将氰苄加入干燥的反应锅内,缓缓加入1,4-二溴丁烷。得1-苯基-1-氰基环戊烷。3.水解将水加入反应锅,并在搅拌下加入硫酸和1-苯基-1-氰基环戊烷得1-苯基环戊烷羧酸。4.氯化将1-苯基环戊烷羧酸溶于无水三氯乙烯中,并在搅拌下加入三氯化磷。反应后静置冷却分层,取上层清液减压蒸馏,回收三氯乙烯至尽,得1-苯基环戊烷甲酰氯。5.酯化将1-苯基环戊烷甲酰氯加入干燥的反应锅内,滴加二乙胺基乙氧基乙醇,酯化完成后,用酸碱处理、活性炭得油状物喷托维林。
