- 方法一:1.由苯胺经希曼(Schiemann)反应而得。苯胺用31%盐酸成盐后,降温至-8℃,加亚硝酸钠溶液重氮化。将重氮液降温至-10℃,加入氟硼酸溶液,生成溶解度较小的氟硼酸重氮盐,过滤。将氟硼酸重氮苯干燥后进行热解。同时馏出生成的氟苯,馏出液用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤,再用水洗,干燥后进行蒸馏,即得成品,收率约53%。此法消耗大量硼酸,废气多,成本较高。2.用干燥的亚硝酸钠与苯胺在无水氟化氢中作用,然后使重氮化合物溶液保持40℃以下,收率80%。此法优点是成本低,废气少。3.三氟醋酐法 以三氟醋酐与环己烷为原料,经加成反应,然后与氟化氢反应生成1,1-二氟环己烷和三氟醋酸;1,1-二氟环己烷再经脱氢、脱氟化氢,即得氟苯。
