- 用途二:1,1-二氟乙烯主要用来生产聚偏氟乙烯,将1,1-二氟乙烯以水为介质,过硫酸钾为引发剂,另加缓冲剂,在聚合釜中聚合,温度为50-95℃,压力在3MPa左右,得到的粉状聚物经洗涤、干燥即为成品。这是氟塑料中的机械强度高的产品,可用一般热塑性塑料加工方法成型。具有极好的耐气候性、化学稳定性、耐热性,可用作化工用管道、管件、阀门、泵和贮槽等衬里、防腐隔膜,化工机械用密封件、齿轮、轴承等。在电子电气工业中也有很多重要的用途。也用作特种溶剂。
