- 方法一:先将邻苯二酚与三氯化磷反应制成氯化亚磷酸邻亚苯酯，再与庚醇反应得到无色油状的亚磷酸酯。取上述亚磷酸酯50.9g（0.20mol）、50.8g（0.20mol）碘加入500ml二氯甲烷中，在室温搅拌1h。用10%硫代硫酸钠溶液洗液洗除可能存在的未反应的碘，再依次用5%NaOH溶液、5%NaHCO3溶液、饱和NaCl溶液洗涤，分出有机相，蒸除溶剂后，减压蒸馏，收集96-104℃（5.33-6.4kPa）馏分，得碘庚烷39g，收率86%。
