  • 防护措施:高浓度的环己酮蒸气有麻醉性,对中枢神经系统有抑制作用。对皮肤和粘膜有刺激作用。高浓度的环己酮发生中毒时会损害血管,引起心肌,肺,肝,脾,肾及脑病变,发生大块凝固性坏死。通过皮肤吸收引起震颤麻醉、降低体温、终至死亡。在25ppm的气氛下刺激性小,但在50ppm以上时,就无法忍受。对小鼠的LC为0.008。工作场所环己酮的最高容许浓度为200mg/m3。生产设备应密闭,应防止跑、冒、滴、漏。操作人员穿戴好防护用具。
