  • 方法一:由1-甲基环已烯经下述步骤制得。将乙酸汞溶解于水，加入乙醚，在剧烈搅拌下滴加1-甲基环已烯，在室温继续搅半小时，然后加入氢氧化钠溶液，接着再硼氢化钠的氢氧化钠溶液，调节加入速度，并以冰浴冷却，使反应混合物的温度保持在25℃以下。将反应混合物在室温下继续搅拌2h，此时可见到发亮的液体汞，体面出上层清液使与汞分开，分取清液中的乙醚层，水层用乙醚提取。将提法取液与乙醚层事并，经干燥后蒸去乙醚，然后蒸馏得到成品。收率约为70%-75%。
