- 方法一:芘主要存在于煤焦油沥青的蒸馏物中。将中温沥青减压蒸馏,同时向蒸馏釜通入少量直接过热蒸汽,切取芘的窄馏分,然后用溶剂油和乙醇混合溶液,或苯和溶剂油的混合溶液重结晶,即得到纯度95%的工业芘。

- 煤焦油化工产品:芘又称嵌二萘,是煤焦油加工的产品之一,在煤焦油中的含量约为0.6~1.2%,主要集中在二蒽油馏分中。芘是一种固体的芳香化合物,其分子由四个苯环相连所组成。芘的分子式为C16H10,分子量为202.26,熔点为150℃,沸点为393℃,密度为1.277g/cm3。芘为淡黄色单斜片结晶,不溶于水,易溶于苯、甲苯、二硫化碳、乙醚等有机溶剂。芘是致癌物,在二氧化氮的作用下转化为能致突变的1—硝基芘。芘分子中1位和6位易与亲电试剂反应,也可发生氧化、氢化等反应。芘还可发生卤化、硝化、磺化等取代反应,一取代物为3-位,二取代物则为3,10-和3,8-位,以3,10-位较多。氧化时得到3,10-芘醌和 3,8-芘醌,进一步氧化成1,4,5, 8-萘四甲酸。 芘可用于生产染料,如阴丹士林染料和蒽醌还原染料等。芘的提取方法是:以二蒽油馏分蒸馏时产生的渣油或沥青馏出油为原料,进行减压精馏,切取390~400℃的含芘约40%的馏分,再用25%煤焦油溶剂油和75%乙醇混合溶剂(溶剂量与芘馏分之比为1:12),进行数次重结晶,直至产品合格为止。 芘属低毒类化合物。对皮肤、眼、上呼吸道粘膜有轻度刺激性。长期吸入可引起红细胞减少和肝肾轻度损害。长期接触3mg/m3~5mg/m3,可引起头痛、乏力、食欲减退、易兴奋等。 以上信息由Chemicalbook的晓楠编辑整理。
