  • 方法一:由苯甲酰氯经缩合、还原而得。1.缩合在干燥的反应锅内,加入氯苯和无水三氯化铝,搅拌升温至50℃,滴加苯甲酰氯。加毕,在100-110℃反应5.5h,慢慢放入微酸性冰水中,搅匀后静置,分去上层清液,沉淀甩滤,水洗至中性,甩干。得4-氯双苯酮。收率为95%。2.还原将4-氯双苯酮、液碱加入反应锅,搅拌升温至100℃,慢慢加入锌粉,控制温度在110-125℃。加完后反应8h。静置,分取油层,用热水和少量盐酸洗涤,再用热水洗至pH为6.5,加苯搅拌溶解。静置,分取苯层,蒸苯,余液为成品。
