方法二:由苄基异硫脲盐酸盐加碱水解，再用稀硫酸酸化而得。将S-苄基异硫脲盐酸盐与10%氢氧化钠溶液加入反应器中，用直火加热回流2h进行水解。然后冷却再用稀硫酸酸化，用乙醚提取，乙醚提取液用无水硫酸钠干燥，滤出干燥剂，回收乙醚，将残余物减压蒸馏，收集沸点98-108℃（2.67kPa），的馏分，即为成品。
