  • 方法一:在实验室可按下法合成。将125g溴代十二烷、38g硫脲和250ml95%乙醇的混合物加热回流3h。再把30g氢氧化钠和300ml水配成的溶液加入后，将混合物再回流2h。分取的油层即粗硫醇，水层酸化后用苯提取。将提取液与粗硫醇合并，用水洗涤，再用无水硫酸钠干燥，蒸去苯后进行减压蒸馏，收集165-169℃（5.19kPa）馏分即为产品。约得80-84g，收率80%左右。

It can also be used in mixed SAMs to give a hydrophobic background and act as a spacer to move other functional groups or domains farther apart. Also, a useful protein regenerating agent for regenerating native proteins from mercuribenzoate.
