方法一:由噻吩经溴化而得。将噻吩溶解在乙酸中，在10℃以下将溴的冰醋酸溶液加入。再向反应混合物加水，析出油状液体。用乙醚萃取。在萃取液中加碳酸钾除去乙酸，干燥，蒸去乙醚，再进行减压蒸馏，收集42-46℃（1.73kPa）馏分，即得2-溴噻吩，产率55%。
