方法一:其制备方法是硝酸胍在浓硫酸存在下脱水生成硝基胍。将280g硝酸胍在搅拌下缓慢加入预先已冷却的250mL浓硫酸(相对密度为1.84)中，在加入过程中严格控制反应温度在20℃以下，全部加完后间断搅拌，直至均匀无晶体为止。随后倒入碎冰和水的混合物中，充分搅拌并过滤，水洗至中性，再经重结晶，即得到硝基胍。
