- 用途二:该品是聚氯乙烯的耐候溶剂和优良的极性溶剂,对农用薄膜的耐低温防老化具有显著效果;它是一种多功能的对质子惰性的高沸点极性溶剂,作为高分子合成的溶剂如聚苯硫醚、芳香族聚酰胺的合成具有特殊效果,该品作为丙烯本体聚合的助催化剂,在乙丙橡胶中添加该品,可以提高弹体和耐油性。六甲基磷酰三胺还用作气相色谱固定液、紫光抑制剂、火箭燃料降低冰点添加剂、化学灭菌剂。
- 概述:六甲基磷酰三胺又名六磷胺、六甲基磷酰胺,由二甲胺和三氯氧磷反应制得。分子量179.2。为无色或淡黄色透明液体。微具腥涩味。相对密度1.0253~1.0257 (20℃),折射率1.4582~1.4589 (20℃),凝固点2~7℃,沸点116~117℃ (1480Pa)。溶于极性和非极性溶剂。可与常用的增塑剂如邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、亚磷酸三苯酯以任意比例互溶。毒性与磷酸酯相近。避免与皮肤接触。盛装的容器应坚固密闭,以防损漏和吸水变质。六甲基磷酰三胺为聚氯乙烯的光稳定剂,使制品户外防老化性能优良,耐候性极好,故有聚氯乙烯高效耐候剂之称。在聚氯乙烯薄膜中添加本品2~5份,既可显著提高其耐候性和耐寒性,又可降低加工温度10℃。本品还可作为聚苯硫醚、聚氨酯、聚酰胺等多种高分子材料的优良极性溶剂,提高树脂质量,简化工艺,降低成本。加于乙丙橡胶中可以提高弹性和耐油性。也可作为丙烯本体聚合的助催化剂,提高主催化剂的催化效率。
- 方法一:由二甲胺与碱氯氧磷反应而得。将二甲胺和三氯氧磷在溶剂三氧乙烯中反应,温度控制在40-60℃,反应时加入氨作为缚酸剂,与生成的氯化氢作用成为氯化铵沉淀。反应结束后,过滤。滤液回收三氯乙烯后用碱处理,再进行蒸馏,收集113-118℃(2.0kPa)馏分即得六甲基磷酰三胺。清华紫光集团总公司与生产厂合作开发无溶剂法新工艺产品纯度达99.2以上。工业品六甲基磷酰三胺为无色或淡黄色透明液体。催化剂级含量≥99.5%,一级品≥99.0%,二级品≥98.0%。原料消耗定额:二甲胺2410kg/t、二氯氧磷1610kg/t、液氨430kg/t。

- 有害影响和中毒症状:对动物:已知六甲基磷酰三胺(简称HMPA)对实验动物有各种毒性作用。对大鼠饲以HMPA所致的急性中毒有肾病变、严重支气管扩张和支气管肺炎等。将HMPA反复作用于兔皮肤可引起体重减轻、胃功能改变和表观神经系统障碍。对大鼠口饲以HMPA后观察到睾丸萎缩和精液缺乏。对小公鸡口饲以HMPA后也观察到其睾丸的生长受到高度抑制。已知HMPA对果蝇发生诱变作用。然而,HMPA对小鼠性染色体影响的研究表明,与对照组比较,HMPA诱致性染色体畸变的频率不大。吸入HMPA毒性研究的初步结果表明,大鼠每天暴露于 400~4000ppbHMPA中8个月
