方法一:福美钠的制备二甲胺盐酸盐和二硫化碳在氢氧化钠存在下生成二甲氨基二硫代甲酸钠（福美钠），反应温度50～55℃，pH值为8～9。福美双的制备福美钠（或福美铵）与双氧水在硫酸存在下生成福美双，温度控制在10℃以下，终点pH值3～4。也可用氯气代替双氧水和硫酸，反应在筛板塔中进行，氯气经稀释从塔底部进入，塔顶喷淋5%福美钠溶液，称氯气-空气氧化法。也可采用亚硝酸钠氧化法或电解氧化法。
