  • 方法一:由没食子酸与硫酸二甲酯进行甲基化反应制得。将水、没食子酸、硫酸二甲酯加入反应锅,于15-35℃下滴加氢氧化钠溶液,在40℃左右搅拌半小时。再加入第二批硫酸二甲酯,在40℃左右滴加氢氧化钠溶液至pH为8-9。继续反应1h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得三甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯,收率90%以上。上述甲基化、酯化反应,也可采用四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,在水和氯仿中进行。该品也可采用单宁酸为原料或由3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸与甲醇酯化来制取。
