- 方法一:将庚酰氯加入无水吡啶和无水苯的混合物，析出庚酰氯-吡啶络合物，继续搅拌下加入与庚酰氯等摩尔的庚庚酸，温度迅速升高至60-65℃，生成吡啶盐酸盐。滤出固体，用苯洗涤，将苯洗涤液并入滤液后减压浓缩，剩余物进行减压蒸馏，收集155-162℃（1.6kPa）馏分，得庚酸酐，收率78-83%。
