- 方法一:中和法将重铬酸钾溶解于母液和水中,加入反应器,在搅拌下加入氢氧化钾进行中和反应,生成铬酸钾呈弱碱性,经蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,固液分离,干燥,制得铬酸钾成品。其 K2Cr2O7+2KOH→2K2CrO4+H2O 分离出的母液,返回溶解工序用于溶解重铬酸钾。

- 无机化合物:铬酸钾俗名铬钾石,是一种无机化合物,常温下为黄色正交或六方系晶体。相对密度为2.732,熔点为968℃,有毒。易溶于水,溶解后铬酸根离子水解溶液呈碱性,不溶于酒精及乙醚中。向黄色的铬酸钾溶液中加入酸,溶液变为橙色,这是重铬酸根的颜色。溶液中铬酸根与重铬酸根之间相互转化存在着如下平衡: 向铬酸钾溶液中加酸时,平衡向生成重铬酸钾的方向移动,向重铬酸钾溶液中加碱时,平衡向生成铬酸钾的方向移动。铬酸钾具有氧化性,在碱性介质中它与还原剂反应本身被还原为四羟基合铬 (Ⅲ) 离子Cr(OH)-4 (即亚铬酸根离子CrO-2)。向铬酸钾溶液中分别加入含有钡离子、铅离子及银离子的溶液,可生成相应的难溶铬酸盐:铬酸钡BaCrO4 (黄色),铬酸铅pbCrO4(黄色),铬酸银Ag2CrO4(砖红色)。可通过这些难溶铬酸盐的特征颜色,证明铬酸根离子的存在。铬酸钾可用做分析试剂、氧化剂、媒染剂、金属防锈剂、钡、银的微量分析,还可用于鞣革、医药等方面及制其他铬化合物的原料。用铬铁矿Fe(CrO2)2粉为原料,与氢氧化钾、石灰石 (白云石) 一起在空气中煅烧,再用硫酸钾溶液萃取,便可制得铬酸钾。 以上信息由Chemicalbook的晓楠编辑整理。
