- 方法三:以试剂级三氯化磷为原料,加入石英蒸馏设备中,在常压下,于馏出温度为74~76℃时进行蒸馏,去掉初馏分及终馏分,就几乎可以除掉砷、硫、其他金属,制得纯度为99.99%~99.999%左右的高纯三氯化磷成品。

- 防护措施:三氯化磷气体有毒,有刺激性和强腐蚀性。遇水发生激烈反应,可引起爆炸。吸入三氯化磷气体后能使结膜发炎,喉痛及眼睛组织破坏,对肺和粘膜都有刺激作用。本品腐蚀性强,与皮肤接触容易灼伤。轻度中毒时可给患者吸苏打蒸气、喝加牛奶的矿泉水、服祛痰剂及诱导剂,用2%的硼酸溶液冲洗眼睛。中毒较重时应速送医院治疗。 最高容许浓度为0.2mg/m3。 设备应完全密闭。操作和搬运人员应穿工作服、配戴口罩、橡皮手套、橡皮围裙,穿长统胶鞋;操作应在上风头进行。如不慎误触皮肤应立即用大量温水和肥皂洗涤干净。

- 无机盐:三氯化磷是我国无机盐工业中经常使用的一种重要产品,又称“氯化亚磷”,简称“氯化磷”。分子式:PCl3。为无色透明带有刺激味的发烟液体。如果有微量游离黄磷存在时,则为浑浊黄色液体。有毒及腐蚀性,可溶于苯、乙醚、氯仿、二硫化碳、四氯化碳,与水反应强烈,并放出白色烟雾状有刺激腐蚀性的氯化氢气体。反应时会产生火花,甚至引起爆炸。遇水或潮解能分解为盐酸和磷酸,对镍和铅以外的其他金属有强烈腐蚀性,使金属变质,导致形成易燃的氢气。与氧作用生成氧氯化磷,与硫作用生成硫氯化磷,蒸汽刺激粘膜引起酸类烧伤。 三氯化磷与许多有机物反应生成磷酸酯类,是生产多种有机磷农药的原料,可用于制造农药敌百虫、硫氯化磷、氧氯化磷、亚磷酸、亚磷酸酯和其他磷化物,还可用作氯化剂、半导体掺杂源,乙醚分析中的催化剂和高纯磷的制备等。三氯化磷属强腐蚀性物质,对眼及呼吸道有强刺激作用。可出现鼻中膈粘膜浅烧伤或形成溃疡。液体或较浓的蒸气可致皮肤灼伤、严重眼损害,甚至失明。雾化吸入2%碳酸氢钠溶液或以2%硼酸水冲洗眼睛可防治三氯化磷对呼吸道和眼睛的损害。车间空气中最高容许浓度0.5mg/m3。 本品可用玻璃瓶包装,外套铁桶或木箱。包装上应有明显的“有毒品”及“腐蚀性物品”标志。应贮存于干燥、通风的库房中。三氯化磷不可与易燃物、潮解性物品混装,不可倒置、防止与水接触、搬运时要轻拿轻放,雨天禁止装卸和搬运。消防方法可用干砂、二氧化碳,禁止用水。接触皮肤、眼睛时需用清水、皂水和温水冲洗,误服时需服催吐剂吐出。联合国编号(UN No.)1809/8120,8类,属腐蚀品。 三氯化磷可由干燥的氯气通入熔融的黄磷中制得。其反应式如下:P4+6Cl2→4PCl3。 以上
