- 方法一:将185kg碘丁烷和185kg三丁胺依次投入反应釜中,加入500L乙腈作溶剂,在搅拌下加热回流1 h。冷却至室温,加入140 kg硫酸氢甲酯,回流8 h。蒸出副产物碘丁烷,再减压蒸出乙腈。往残留物中加入稀盐酸进行酸性水解,将水解产物打入蒸馏塔中先蒸出甲醇和水,再减压蒸出产物四正丁基硫酸氢铵。用乙酸乙酯重繥,得纯品。
