  • 方法一:方法 1:熔烧法 以 N,N-二甲基苯胺为主要原料,首先与甲醛缩合得二芳基甲烷,经蒸馏、结晶精制后,用尿素、硫磺、氯化铵氨化后经过滤、干燥即得成品。。 氨化反应实际为硫化、亚氨化和成盐三步反应一步完成,即将 4,4 ' -二甲氨基二苯甲烷、硫磺、尿素和氯化铵按比例加入氨化釜,升温至 (200±5)℃,反应 4h,出料即得。 方法 2:溶剂法 新近研制的溶剂法以乙二醇为溶剂,使反应温度降低,收率大幅度提高。反应过程如下:。 于反应釜中投入乙二醇 300g、硫磺 58g,于 (140±5)℃通入氨气,反应 4h 后加入氯化铵 80g,继续通氨气反应 16h,总通氨气量约 102g。反应结束,冷却,结晶,过滤,烘干,得产品约 155g。
