  • 药理作用:金雀异黄酮 又称染料木素,是一种可以在大豆和红三叶草等植物中发现的多酚类化合物,分子结构相似于17β-雌二醇,具有抗氧化性及对雌激素受体的高亲和性,可以抑制酪氨酸蛋白激酶(PTK)和拓扑异购酶Ⅱ的活性,具有诱发细胞程序性死亡、提高抗癌药效、抑制血管生成等作用,它是类黄酮(也叫做异黄酮)的一种类型。经常与叫做黄豆苷原的异黄酮一起发现,它们都被称为大豆异黄酮。这些化合物对人体健康的好处已经得到广泛研究,是一种很有潜力的癌症化学预防剂,在预防癌症和其他疾病方面有显著影响。染料木素是目前研究的主要植物雌激素。 植物来源:豆科植物染料木(金雀花)。 临床应用:可用于女性养颜保健以及预防血液疾病和癌症。 金雀异黄酮具有多酚羟基结构,酚羟基上的氢原子易于在外来作用下与氧原子脱离,形成氢离子,发挥还原效应,这就是染料木素能够抗氧化、具有还原性的结构基础。因此食物中的此类物质可以对抗超氧阴离子自由基,阻断自由基的链锁反应,发挥抗氧化作用。 染料木素不是激素,但因其能够与雌激素受体结合发挥微弱的雌激素效应,故称为植物雌激素。由于异黄酮的活性是雌二醇的1/1000,与雌二醇竞争性结合雌激素受体,表现出双向调节作用,所产生雌激素效应较雌二醇有害效应低得多,进而对激素相关疾病具有保护作用,如更年期综合征、骨质疏松、血脂升高等;对于高雌激素水平者,表现为抗雌激素活性,可防治乳腺癌、子宫内膜炎,具有双向调节平衡功能。 金雀异黄酮对三硝基甲苯WR1339引起的大鼠高血脂,有降低其血清中胆固醇和三甘油酸脂的作用,为后者尤为显著。
