方法一:由二苯胺与亚硝酸钠在硫酸存在下反应而得。亚硝化反应以乙醇或二甲苯（或氯苯）为溶剂，亚硝酸钠溶液浓度为40%。硫酸浓度为30%，于26℃左右反应2.5-3h。反应的物用水洗至pH=6-7。当采用乙醇溶剂时，烘干后得到固体产品N-亚硝基二苯胺；当采用二甲苯或氯苯作溶剂时获得液体产物，用氯化钙干燥后得液态产品。
外观性质:黄褐色结晶粉末。
