  • 方法一:由1-氨基蒽醌-2-磺酸溴化制得。溴氨酸的原料1-氨基蒽醌-2-磺酸，可由1-氨基蒽醌出发，用20%发烟硫酸磺化或用氯磺酸磺化得到；也可由1-氨基-2-溴蒽醌硫化醇、氧化、水解而得。原料消耗定额：1-氨基蒽醌（工业品）815kg/t、发烟硫酸（含SO320%）628kg/t、溴素（99%）483kg/t。
