- 水合三氯乙醛:水合三氯乙醛简称水合氯醛。无色透明晶体。有特殊气味。分子式CCl3CH(OH)2。在空气中略挥发。比重1.9081。沸点97.5。熔点51.7 ℃。加热至沸点可分解为三氯乙醛和水。易溶于水、乙醇和乙醚,微溶于苯和二硫化碳。水溶液对石蕊试剂呈酸性反应。用于制药、三氯醋酸等。医学上用作镇静、催眠和镇痛药。成人经口急性中毒剂量为4~5g或约10g;成人经口最小致死量约为7g;经口平均致死量约10g。水合氯醛极易吸收,并可出现在脑脊液、乳汁、羊水及胎儿血液中。在体内大部还原为对中枢抑制作用更强的三氯乙醇,三氯乙醇迅即与葡萄糖醛酸结合而失去毒性,并经肾脏排出体外。内服可发生严重胃肠刺激,胃粘膜腐蚀而出现出血性胃炎。吸入高浓度蒸气可引起咽炎、支气管炎,抑制呼吸中枢导致呼吸中枢衰竭,呼吸肌麻痹。由于具有明显扩血管作用,可出现血压下降、体温降低、休克、晕厥及心律失常等。还可见瞳孔缩小,肝、肾受损等临床表现。慢性中毒可出现红斑状荨麻疹或紫癜样皮疹、结膜炎、流泪、眼睑浮肿、畏光、视力障碍;以及头痛、关节痛、食欲不振、呕吐、腹泻等表现。口服急性中毒者可用温水或1:2,000~1:5,000高锰酸钾洗胃。直肠给药中毒者应即时洗肠、导泻以及对症处理,预防心衰,呼吸衰竭和休克的发生。
