生产方法:呫吨-9-羧酸与二异丙氨基乙醇在二甲苯中酯化，于137-140℃脱水反应10h。反应毕，加活性炭脱色，冷却至0℃，压滤，滤液减压回收二甲苯及过剩的二异丙氨基乙醇，得呫吨-9-羧酸-β-二异丙氨基乙酯。然后与溴甲烷进行成季铵盐反应，制得溴化丙胺太林。
用途:抗胃肠痉孪药，主要用于消化性溃疡的辅助治疗以及胃炎、胆汁分泌阻碍、胰腺炎等
