  • 中毒症状:急性中毒多在12小时内发病,口服立即发病。轻度:头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、多汗、无力、胸闷、视力模糊、胃口不佳等,全血胆碱酯酶活力一般降 至正常值的70-50%。中度:除上述症状外还出现轻度呼吸困难、肌肉震颤 、瞳孔缩小、精神恍惚、行走不稳、大汗、流涎、腹疼、腹泻。重者还会出现昏迷、抽搐、呼吸困难、口吐白沫、大小便失禁,惊厥,呼吸麻痹。

  • 方法一:邻苯二甲酰亚胺的制备 苯酐与碳酸氢铵作用制得邻苯二甲酰亚胺(简称亚酰胺)。配比为苯酐:碳酸氢铵=1:1.5 (mol);反应温度280~300℃;操作周期6h。 N-羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺的制备 亚酰胺与甲醛作用制得N-羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺(简称羟化物)。原料配比为亚酰胺:甲苯=1:1.1,反应温度98~100℃,升温时间1.5h,反应时间3h,操作周期6~7h。 氯化甲基苯甲酰亚胺的制备 羟化物与盐酸作用制得氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺(简称氯化物)。原料比为羟化物:盐酸≈1:6.6,升温时间40~50min,反应温度(60±2)℃。加苯温度55~58℃,盐酸含量35%,操作周期6h。 O,O-二甲苯硫代磷酸诼钠盐制备 详见乐果的制备方法。 亚胺硫磷的合成 O,O-二甲基硫代磷酸钠与氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺作用,制得亚胺硫磷
  • 上游原料:苄基氯 --> 碳酸氢铵 --> 五硫化二磷 --> 二甲基硫 --> 甲醛水溶液 --> 氯化物 --> 邻苯二甲酰亚胺 --> 乐果 --> 邻苯二甲酸 --> 二甲基二硫代磷酸酯 --> 硫代磷酸钠
  • 毒性:大鼠急性经口LD 50 为147mg/kg(原药为230~299mg/kg),鼷鼠急性经口LD 50 为34mg/kg,小鼠急性经口LD 50 为45mg/kg。兔急性经皮LD 50 >3160ng/kg,小鼠急性经皮LD 50 >1000mg/kg。大鼠及狗慢性无作用剂量为40mg/kg。对鱼类中等毒性,鲤鱼LC 50 为5.3mg/L。对蜜蜂LD 50 为18.1μg/只。
  • 方法二:由O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯与氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺反应制得。中间体氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺的制法:将邻苯二甲酸与20%氨水缓慢加热,温度上升至110-120℃时有大量水分蒸发。反应物用热水处理,得白色结晶邻苯二甲酰亚胺,将其与12%甲醛水溶液加热回流反应2.5h,冷却、过滤、水洗、干燥,得羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺,而后用30-36%盐酸在甲苯中氯化,在60℃保温2h,得氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺。原料消耗定额:苯酐(99%)700kg/t、氨水(25%)420kg/t、甲醇(99.5%)350kg/t、甲醛(30%)500kg/t、盐酸(36%)1230kg/t、碳酸氢钠370kg/t、五硫化二磷560kg/t、苯200kg/t。
