方法一:将二氯嘧啶溶于无水甲醇，在搅拌下滴加到无水甲醇钠溶液中，回流45min，冷却，过滤除去氯化钠，滤液常压蒸去甲醇，残液用30%氢氧化钠溶解，用乙醚提取。乙醚提取液经用水洗、用无水硫酸钠脱水后，蒸去乙醚，收集196-210℃馏分，得2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶，收率83-88%。
