  • 方法一:由异戊巴比妥(见02870)成盐而得。先配制好氢氧化钠乙醇溶液,将异戊巴比妥溶解在氢氧化钠乙醇液中,再加入活性炭,在室温搅拌下脱色半小时。滤去活性炭,滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇。加入丙酮使异戊巴比胺纳结晶析出。过滤,减压干燥,得产品,收率为70%。
