  • 雷公藤甲素是一种二萜triepoxide，中药雷公藤（雷公藤）复合物中提取的主要的活性成分。它是一种强力免疫抑制剂及抗发炎剂。雷公藤甲素在活化T细胞中已被证明能够抑制IL - 2因子的表达。在动物模型中它协同加强与环孢素A在促进异基因骨髓移植存活率，和对植物抗宿主病的抑制。此外，诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，通过抑制c - IAP2和架C - IAP1感应部分地并增强肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）诱导细胞凋亡。
