方法一:由四氢吡喃开环溴化而得。在500ml烧瓶中，依次加入250g48%氢溴酸、75g浓硫酸、 21.5g重蒸过的四氢吡喃（86.5-87.5℃馏分）装上回流冷凝器，将棕色混合物加热温和地回流3h。冷至室温后，分出下层的二溴化物，用饱和碳酸钠溶液和水各洗一次。以无水氯化钙干燥。减压蒸馏，收集104-106℃（2.53kPa）馏分即为成品，产量为46-47g，产率为80-82%。
