  • 用途四:配制香皂、日用化妆品香精。在C8-C18醇类中占很重要的地位,用于玫瑰系花香香精中。作为柑桔类果香香精,用于饮料、糖果等。在食品中的用量(ppm)如下:冰淇淋4.6,糖果5.2,口香糖3.0,饮料2.1。不得用于着香以外的目的。癸醇也是聚氯乙烯的电线被覆材料和高级人造革的增塑剂(DIDP,DIDA)的原料,铀的精制、消泡剂、表面活性剂的原料,溶剂。在农业方面,可用作除草剂、杀虫剂的溶剂和稳定剂以及合成的原料。用作绿色果品的催熟剂,也可用于观赏植物及烟草等种子发芽的控制。在石油钻探和二次采油方面也能使用。
