方法一:其制备方法是在二氯甲烷中加入三甲胺和3-甲基吡啶-N-氧化物，冷却至5℃，加入氯化亚砜的二氯甲烷溶液，搅拌过液，蒸去溶剂，得到(5-甲基吡啶-2-基)三甲基氯化铵，然后再加入溴氢酸，在200～210℃进行裂解可得产品。
