泄漏应急处理:隔离泄漏污染区，周围设警告标志，建议应急处理人员戴好防毒面具，穿化学防护服。不要直接接触泄漏物，用清洁的铲子收集于干燥净洁有盖的容器中，运至废物处理场所或用沙土混合，逐渐倒入稀盐酸中(1体积浓盐酸加2体积水稀释)，放置24小时，然后废弃。如大量泄漏，收集回收或无害处理后废弃。
急性毒性:口服-大鼠 LD50: 280 毫克/公斤; 口服-小鼠 LD50: 67.7 毫克/公斤
方法一:硝基苯经混酸硝化成间、邻、对二硝基苯的混合物，再经亚硫酸钠和液碱精制得间二硝基苯，然后用铁粉还原或加氢还原制得间苯二胺。原料消耗定额：硝基苯1400kg/t、硝酸787kg/t、硫酸（98%）780kg/t、铁粉3083kg/t。
