- 概述:对苯二胺(英文p-Phenylenediamine), 又名乌尔丝D,是最简单的芳香二胺之一,纯品为白色至淡紫红色晶体,暴露在空气中变紫红色或深褐 色。 稍溶于冷水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿和苯。可用于制取偶氮染料,高分子聚合物,也可用于生产毛皮染色剂,橡胶防老剂和照片显影剂, 主要用于芳纶、偶氮染料、硫化染料、酸性染料,也可作为毛皮黑D、毛皮兰黑DB、毛皮棕N2,以及橡胶防老剂DNP、DOP、MB的生产。还用作化 妆品染发剂乌尔丝D系列、汽油阻聚剂及显影剂的原料。对苯二胺做为一种化学染色剂,目前被允许在染发剂生产中使用,但使用量有明确的限 制。按照我国《化妆品卫生规范》,染发剂中对苯二胺的含量不得高于6%。专家介绍,虽然五种“一洗黑”洗发水对苯二胺含量在1.1%到1.4% 之间,但洗发水的使用频率高,长期累积,很容易对消费者的健康安全造成威胁,对苯二胺是不是致癌物没有文献依据;但是对苯二胺是有机 有毒品是由文献依据的,可见上海科学技术出版社1985年11月出版《试剂手册》(第二版)第980页。国外的研究显示,经常染发的人群乳腺癌 、皮肤癌、白血病、皮肤癌的发病率都会增加。另外对苯二胺还是常用的检验铁和铜的灵敏试剂。在国际上还用于飞机涂料,防弹衣裤内膜, 墙壁涂料等。 我国对苯二胺开发与生产起步较早,2003年以前主要生产厂家集中在江苏、浙江一带,共有20余家企业,2004年我国对苯二胺总产能约为1.35 万吨/年,市场调研表明对苯二胺在总体上呈现出供大于需的态势,90年代至今需求量以3%—5%的速度递增,对苯二胺运输的难度和对苯二胺生 产的污染等等限制了对苯二胺的生产产量。
- 方法一:由对硝基苯胺在酸性介质中用铁粉还原而得。将铁粉投入盐酸中,加热至90℃,搅拌下加入对硝基苯胺。加毕,于95-100℃反应0.5h,然后再滴加浓盐酸,使还原反应完全。冷却后,用饱和碳酸钠溶液中和至PH7-8,煮沸后趁热过滤,用热水洗涤滤饼。将滤液与洗液合并,减压浓缩,冷却结晶或减压蒸馏,得对苯二胺,收率95%。
