方法一:还原法将软锰矿与煤粉按质量比值1：0.2进行混合，在800℃下进行还原焙烧4h，生成一氧化锰。反应产物在隔绝空气条件下进行冷却，然后过筛，制得一氧化锰成品。其 MnO2+C→MnO+CO MnO2+CO→MnO+CO2
毒性:吸入氧化锰粉尘，可引起入的锰尘肺。其他参见金属锰。最高容许浓度：在无定形二氧化硅的凝聚气溶胶中含有氧化锰1 mg／m 3 。
