- 活性二氧化锰:γ晶型二氧化锰(γ-MnO2)因具有优良的去极化活性(即优良的放电性能)而被称作活性二氧化锰,其粉末衍射花样呈强烈衍射,主要应用于电池工业,是电池工业的优质原料,用于电池工业后,使锌锰电池的比容量有了很大的提高。它之所以具有优良的放电性能,除因为含有90%左右的MnO2和极少量杂质外,还因为它的晶型结构与天然二氧化锰不同,为γ型结构,具有很高的活性。例如含MnO2同样为90%左右的天然软锰矿(β-MnO2)和电解产物(γ-MnO2)分别制成电池后进行放电试验,后者的放电容量比前者要超出一倍左右。它的生产方法有:(1)化学法,主要有碳酸锰氧化焙烧法、氯化-氧化法、氯酸钠氧化法、稀硫

- 电解二氧化锰工艺流程:电解二氧化锰工艺分为硫酸锰溶液的制备、电解及成品处理三个主要部分,工艺流程如图所示。硫酸锰溶液制备包括浸出、除铁、中和、除重金属、粗滤、精滤及静置沉淀除镁钙等工序。所用原料为碳酸锰矿粉(126目、含Mn20-23%)、工业硫酸(含H2SO4>93%)、天然MnO2粉 (除铁用,含量30-35%)。精制硫酸锰溶液中含MnSO4165g/L-180g/L,Fe<0.001g/L、重金属<0.0001 g/L。浸出用废电解液并补充计算需要的 H2SO4量,在浸出槽中剧烈搅拌下加入定量的MnCO3粉使之反应,通入蒸汽加热保持95℃左右,当pH值为3时加入二氧化锰矿粉使溶液中之铁氧化水解,待pH=5时放料压滤除渣,所得滤液再用BaS除重金属,再压滤即得硫酸锰溶液。压滤机中残渣用水洗涤后弃渣,洗液再送入反应槽中稀释料浆。电解是用纯净的中性硫酸锰溶液加入H2SO4使呈微酸性MnSO4电解溶液.含 MnSO4130g/L-135g/L、H2SO430g/L-32g/L,送入电解槽升温并长期保持90℃-98℃,用石墨棒作阴阳极,电流密度50A/m2、槽电压2V-3V、电流强度3000A下电解,MnO2在阳极上沉淀,30天电解后即可吊出电极剥离得到MnO2成品。所得MnO2为半成品,经粉碎至200目,再送入漂洗槽中洗去大部分酸性物质,再用NaHCO3中和,并以NH4Cl为解凝剂,再经漂洗,使最后一次洗水pH=6-7,含NaHCO3<0.3g/L,压滤烘干(保持90℃-100℃),成品二氧化锰含水<3%。 张显鹏 主编.铁合金辞典.沈阳:辽宁科学技术出版社.1996.第103-104页。
