- 在牙膏中的应用:将氟化钠加到牙膏中能起到防龋作用,因为氟化物与牙釉质作用可在牙釉质表面形成氟磷灰石,提高牙釉质的硬度和抗酸能力,并可减少菌斑的形成,减少龋齿的发病率。 含氟牙膏的确有一定的防龋效果。早在19世纪中叶,欧洲已让孕妇口服氟化钙以防龋;到了20世纪,氟化物被全世界公认为有效的防龋剂。一般的含氟牙膏中,氟化钠的含量是0.22-0.33%,单氟磷酸钠的含量是0.76%,如此微小的含量,已足以对人的牙齿产生良好的保护作用,可降低龋患病率28%。 按照牙膏中所含氟化物的不同,含氟牙膏分为以下几种:氟化钠牙膏、单氟磷酸钠牙膏、氟化亚锡牙膏、氟化胺牙膏等。目前我国市场上最常见的含氟牙膏是氟化钠牙膏和单氟磷酸钠牙膏,或者同时含有氟化钠和单氟磷酸钠
